A. Hi
The government of india has invoked disaster management act and as such certain fundamental rights pertaining to travel has been suspended.
So if at all you have any necessity , you can obtain travel passes from your police station who in turn will grant you passes for inter-district travel. Courts have said clearly that if there is any emergency, citizens can obtain permission from police and travel.

A. Do not resign. Respond with a categorical no to forced resignation. However, in any case, you will loose your job and will have to look for a new one on re-opening but you can file a case for compensation and reinstatement against your employer.

A. If your status is that of an employee then file a suit in the District Courts at NOIDA seeking compensation for wrongful termination, it should be termination without your consent or without signing a full and final settlement with the employer. If you fall within the category of workman, then file an application before the Labour & Industrial Court for compensation and reinstatement.

A. You as a resident of the village or the Gram Panchayat can file a suit for injunction before the Revenue Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate under the provisions of the applicable Land Revenue Code which can grant injunction and can restore land to the Gram Panchayat after trial.

A. Move an application u/s 144(5) of Cr.P.C. for release of your vehicle giving an undertaking to not violate the order of the Magistrate. The Magistrate will release it. The police does not have power to release once it is seized.
