Unauthorised property acquisition

Land left for the purpose of construction of road to the gram panchayat has been occupied by someone for the construction of his own house. What to do further? Who to approach? What actions can be taken?

A.You as a resident of the village or the Gram Panchayat can file a suit for injunction before the Revenue Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate under the provisions of the applicable Land Revenue Code which can grant injunction and can restore land to the Gram Panchayat after trial.

A.Hi,
1. Whose property was given to GP, he may file a civil injection suit.
2. Else approach GP, ask them to immediately initiate the injection suit and along with filing a complaint at police station.
