A. You first need to collect evidence that you were a minor at the time of marriage. This is can done by obtaining your birth certificate from Municipality/Corporation which has the actual date of birth. Thereafter file an application of annulling the marriage. As for custody of the child and maintenance, you will get order from the court in your favour. In the meantime you can lodge a complaint with the local police station for domestic violence and 498A IPC and Child Marriage Restraint Act.
