This revocation should be in writing, signed by him in front of a notary public, and delivered to the you and any third parties with whom you have been in contact. A. as this is a recent marriage you have to wait for completion of a year from the time of your marriage for bringing a case of divorce. Better file a RCR application before the court. If she refuses to resume her conjugal duties, and no sufficient grounds for leaving your home, she is not entitled to get maintenance.
