A. Dear Sir,
Yes, it is non bailable if Section 307 is included. Moreso, the judges and judiciary always see such offence as serious offence and may deny bail. However, get anticipatory bail before hand that is before arrest from Sessions Court or High Court.

A. It's better to compromise with her and ask her to withdraw the cases she filed against you. If her parents do visit and interfere in your marriage life then in such a situation at the time of compromise you can keep the strict condition to disallow her parents to your home.

Then Police may trace you out and ask you whether would like to reside with your parents or husband and on your choice you will be let go. A. Hi,
You can file a complaint to senior officers or Anti-Corruption Buero. You are not required to pay any amount. If you pay the amount, there are chances to ask for money again in the future by intimidating you. So it's better to handle it legally.

A. Hi, I'm sorry to hear this.
Your first step should be to file for a divorce / judicial separation if you don't want a divorce. Adultery by husband is a valid ground for divorce. Since it is very hard to obtain direct evidence in a case pertaining to a cheating on a spouse, circumstantial evidence is sufficient.

yes, you can use this to support your claim. The letter can show that the relation you shared was cordial and the video footage from the CCTV may be used to support your claim that the case in hand was thought before hand and is a preplanned attempt. you can submit this as video evidence to the court.
