You must file a suit against the previous owner, from whom you have taken the property on lease as he can not sell the property without taking your consent.

It is wise to purchase parking place because Supreme Court says that without parking space registration of apartment is invalid. Get registered sale deed in respect of such parking space apart from allotment letter from the builder.

Nothing to worry since if any case has been registered against you before any concerned authority then you should have received notice for appearance hence all the above incidents prove that all are fake and you should not fall any further against their trap or scam. You should immediately lodge a police complaint against them for extorting money from you by threatening and blackmailing you.
