A. The ration card of the deceased person shall be surrendered before the office of the concerned Civil Supplies Department by submitting a form for deletion of the name of that deceased person from the list. Anyone misusing the ration card of a deceased person for his own benefit without surrendering it, he shall be punished with both imprisonment and penalty fine.

A. According to the concerned act, if you have 20 or more workers working under you then you are definitely liable to pay them the bonus at a minimum rate of 8.33 % of their wages since they are working under you as your employees.
