I am a central govt contractor. my labour was more then 20 in 2021-22 , my workers ask me to pay bonus. what will i do. it is applicable on me or not. some of them left the job in august 2022.


A. According to the concerned act, if you have 20 or more workers working under you then you are definitely liable to pay them the bonus at a minimum rate of 8.33 % of their wages since they are working under you as your employees.
