When you are working for a private organization then for any issues related to the employment you cannot go to the Labour court but have to knock the door of the civil court for justice. That's the law bit recently in one of the IT company's case in Pune the Labour Court has taken cognizance of the case and passed an order. That might be a reason why your lawyer went to the labour court.
Anyways you still have the option to move the civil court and can do so.

If there are four flats in each floor then the builder showing only three floors in each floor is not fine as that will create issues later on when you want to dispose the property. Also it seems that the builder is not following the sanctioned plan. You need to be careful here.

As per what yo have mentioned above the court has given clear direction that the rent is to be paid as per the order of the tribunal hence there is no question of doubt. You are entitled to get the three times the rent as per the order.

As long as the bank loan is due the real owner of the property is the bank and not the so called owner. Since the loan is not being paid hence the bank has all the rights to take the possession of the property and sell it by auction. There is nothing that you can do about it.
As far as rental management company is concerned you can go legal against them.

You need to file an immediate case for restraining the builder from doing so, hence file a case for injunction in the civil court. In case the builder is not handing over your property then you can file a case in consumer forum for that.
