A. In my humble suggestion, you have the full right to make a claim for a share of the property owned by your father, but only after his death. You cannot assert your right to a share of his self acquired property throughout his lifetime.

A. In my humble suggestion, in case your grandmother has a self acquired property, she can do so. But if it is an ancestral property she can do so only with regards to her share in the property.

A. In my humble suggestion, in order to sell the property, a legal notice can be sent to your sister. If she does not respond to it or respond in a negative manner, the Court can be approached to get authorization to appropriate, or sell your share.
