If 'A' and 'B' are co-owners of a property that is solely purchased by 'A', can the Legal heirs of 'B' claim a title in the property after the death of 'B'?

A. It doesn't matter that "A" gave entire sale consideration, if "A" and "B" are joint owners of that property then each of them is entitled to undivided 50% share in that property until and unless any contrary statement is there in that Registered Purchase Deed. So after the death of "B" without making and publishing any Will, "B"'s undivided share will devolve upon the legal heirs and heiresses of "B" and they will become the co-owners of " A" in respect of that property .
