Can a court attached farm land be surveyed? Can a court attached farm land be surveyed?

I made a money suit case against my adjacent neighbor dry farm land owner for default in loan repayment and their properties got attached by the court recently since they failed to pay surety. Now they are trying to create boundary issue and have applied to survey their land. Q1. Can they survey a court attached property? Also just before the attachment orders they sold a piece of their land to a 3rd party during pending suit. Q2. Can the 3rd party now apply for subdivision and get a patta for that piece of land which is in court attachment too now? Thank you.

A.Dear Sir,

The entire mischiefs committed by other side comes under contempt of Court. You may file relevant application and get orders, if failed you may approach High court and get registered Contempt case against him.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts which have been provided you should consult an Advocate in this case and share in detail the property and Court orders regarding attachment of property due to failure of payment of loan amount.

Hope this clarifies you doubt and requirement.

Thank you.
