A. The law is you being the husband can file the divorce case at the following places: 1. Place of marriage. 2. Place where the wife is residing. 3. Place where you both resided together. A. You can file a petition for marriage to be "null and void " on the ground of your marriage is not consummated. Secondly, maintenance should be calculated on the basis of your income and other expenses and liability with that it also checks her education and work and ability to maintain herself. For property registration, any government-issued identification card can be used; a voter card is not required. Most of the time, the Aadhar card does half the work in registrations or where formal work is required to be done.
