A.Land laws are state specific and I would restrict myself to the local laws of west bengal. if you are from that state then you can rely upon my advice provided hereafter. Permanent lease is as good as an absolute title provided the condition of the lease is not frustrated by lessee. Now buying a flat in a permanent lease land is safe as long as the flat is built as per the sanctioned plan and a completion certificate has been duly awarded by the local authorities in which case the mutation of the purchase can be completed successfully.

A.Hello.
Yes you could buy a flat which is build on permanent lease land just make sure you could get that flat registered in your name. If you could get that flat in your name then go for it. Also get the documents of that property verified first.

A.Hello Sir/Ma'am
The rental agreement or lease deed is designed for leasing or renting commercial property. The rental agreement is a legal document which lays out the prescribed terms and conditions under which the rented property is leased out that is to be followed between the land lord and the tenant. If you could register that flat in your name then you could surely purchase that flat.
