Since the land is of your grandfather, your aunts will have a rightful share in the property however, the amount will depend on the type of property and the religion that you follow because there are separate civil laws for different religious groups. I would suggest you visit a lawyer and ask him to make a family tree and get this settled as soon as possible.

A. Hi,
There is virtually little you can do to get your daughter back if she is beyond the age of 18 and has married of her own free decision. Furthermore, a legitimate marriage is one in which saptapadi and all other essential rites were conducted during the marriage. Your only option is to inform your daughter of your viewpoints and let her to make her own decision.

If Court address has changed normally as per the rule the parties are summoned with new address to appear on concerned date, however in your case if the other side doesn't turn to Court even after twice being summoned you may request the Court to pass an exparte decree in your matter.
