A.Yadi nana vashiyat karke marate hai tab koi adhikar nhi hai nana ki property me. Yadi bina vashiyat ke nana ji ki death ho jaati hai tab ladki ka adhikar property me hota hai.
Ab yaha par mother ki death ho gai hai. Aisi conditions me daughter ka ldaka hissa claim kar sakta hai.

A.Hi,
If the child's mother is alive, child has no share or right in the maternal grandfather's intestate property. But after the demise of his mother, the child has a claim on his mother's share in the maternal grandfather's property. The share can be realized in favor of the child by child's guardian who can approach the court get the mother's share apportioned to the child.
