A. Dear Client,

A woman whether married or unmarried, is eligible for OBC NCL category privilege based on her father's status only. Married woman caste is selected from Father's side. OBC is not based on marriage if your wife is born OBC and her father's income is less than the specified limit then she is eligible for OBC NCL certificate and, can apply for Govt jobs from her husband's side.
