Mutual Divorce - signed by judge

I have got my mutual divorce signed by judge in the month of May but didn't receive papers on hand as there are court holidays. Since I got divorce I have married again in June. Now my ex husband is trying to reissue a notice that I cannot marry without getting papers on hand. Can you please tell me will it be a case again in court?
