A. Dear Client,

You should go and file a civil suit for the cancellation of such sale deed and also ask for compensation from the mediator who did not tell you about such disputes and about the land being in someone else's name. You have been misguided into buying that property and have the right to pursue legal action against the mediator for misleading you .

Thank you

A. Dear Client,

The court will order an investigation into other circumstances surrounding the case because the decision will be based on whether or not the agreement is valid.
Since there were no witnesses nor a notary, it is easier to prove illegality of agreement. However, circumstantial evidence can be collected to back up its validity.

There is no guarantee as to what the court will say, and since this question is not asking for legal advice based on the perspective of a particular brother, ...ReadMore

A. Dear client,

To answer all your questions, the crimes you have referred to usually amount to torture and come under the ambit of cyber crime.

Such cases in court are rare however not unheard of.

It is true that it can be difficult to collect evidence, but you still have the option to approach the police and file a complaint in police station. If you are denied for filing your complaint then press an application in office of superintendent of police, and if still fails then go to court and fi ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

This claim by your insurance company depends on two factors:-

1) What the rest of the treatments other than the monoclonal antibody injection were,
2) and Whether these rest of treatments are counted as Immunotherapy according to your insurance policy.

Companies usually have different insurance policies and they have varied definitions of what does and does not count as Immunotherapy.

A. Dear Client,

Accusations of being involved in a murder might seem frightening, but it is important to keep a calm and collected mind and cooperate with the investigation.

As the landlord of the accused accomplice, you are a witness that the police can call upon to draw out further details about the accomplice. The best way to prove your innocence is to not be a hostile witness and provide the police with accurate answers to questions they ask.

However, if during the course of investigation t ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

Power of Attorney can come with various terms and conditions.
Added to this, various countries have different laws when it comes to co-applicant or guarantor even for a basic student loan. Since power of attorney means the banks are not dealing directly with the person who legally owns that money, there is a higher possibility that your wish to take a loan without a co-applicant or guarantor might not be valid in most jurisdictions.

However, since you mention "Special" power of at ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

The purpose of the notice period is so that the company can find a replacement or make any such adjustments to make your resignation smooth.
Usually, employers have the right to pursue legal action against employees who do not adhere to the notice period.
However, since you made a genuine mistake, you can first try talking to HR, your supervisor, etc and explain the situation at hand. Be professional and convey that you are resigning in good faith ie with no malicious intentions t ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,

Once a criminal prosecution is launched against an employee, all the terms of employment were kept in abeyance till the acquittal of the employee from the criminal charge by the Court. Accordingly, your promotion and other benefits are kept in abeyance for the same reason. Even any NOC is not issued to the employee whose criminal case is under trial. So, you have to wait with patience for the right time and should cooperate with the investigating agency to refute the charges broug ...ReadMore
