Delayed possession of land Delayed possession of land

We have purchased a land in July 21 in Lucknow. We have registry for that but the mediator who has made the deal is not giving us possession of land since then. He is giving us lame excuses. He told us that land was earlier disputed and now dispute is over and that land is under someone else name now. We don't have any contact with those people.
Also online khasra showed that in March 21 that land was under some third person's name( not the one who signed registry).
We don't who is the actual owner and what to do or whom should we contact.

A.Dear Client,

You should go and file a civil suit for the cancellation of such sale deed and also ask for compensation from the mediator who did not tell you about such disputes and about the land being in someone else's name. You have been misguided into buying that property and have the right to pursue legal action against the mediator for misleading you .

Thank you
