If the document, i. e. Agreement to Sale is registered or motorized having the condition that the agreement shall stand cancelled after the expiry days of its execution, you may return back the token advance to the buyer after expiry of sixty days with a written note citing the cancellation clause of the agreement and mode of refund duly documented. Thereafter you may enter into another agreement afresh.

Once the borrow fails to repay his loan in successive occasion Bank after sending reminder treat that as bad loan/NPA. Accordingly they started routine process for recovery of outstanding loan through DRT under SRFAESI Act, 2002.
So you should negotiate the matter with the Bank ASAP to restore your CIBIL Record and to avoid legal consequences.

As per the information you have mentioned it is always advisable to serve your notice period and if any reason you have not served it diligently then the company can forfeit your Fnf however you can file a suit .

As per the information you have mentioned , that is where people find the importance of rent agreement if you had the agreement you coud have get your money easily, not having a rent agreemnt gives landlord an advantage as well that you can not institute a suit in the court of law.

As per the facts mentioned, the company may not sue you if you break the bond as it will not be successful in recovering any money from you through a court order. The company may send you a legal notice as part of their pressure tactics. You can send them a legal notice if they try to withhold your documents.
