As per the information provided by you, the appointment letter or joining letter was not provided to you at the time of joining so as per the general employment rule, you just have to give your resignation 1 month before which you already did. Hence, you are not under compulsion to serve your notice period.
You can bring your complaint to the cognizance of the labor court of the competent jurisdiction.

A. A gift within a blood relation is exempted from Income Tax, In the case of a daughter gift to the father a sum of Rs.20 lakh there is no requirement for registration, just prepare a gift deed in Rs.100/- stamp paper is enough for documentary purposes.
