I am Looking forward to file a divorce plea on Medical grounds. I have been married for 11 years, I am suffring from HIV and on medication for last 2 years. My wife is not positive. She is ready in agreement for seperation. I have a daughter and son as well. They took all my educational documents including passport and property documents and since 2 years we both are not staying together.

I dont want to take custody of Kid however if she wants i can take ownership,

How to proceed further to get divorce,who has to go for divorce if i go for divorce what will happen ?
