A. Dear client,
Please clear the lien amount. One easy way to clear out a lien balance is by paying the what you owe in the process. Once you settle debt, the bank will receive the notification for the same, and you should get a notification with the details of when and how your funds will be released. After that, you’ll be able to use your bank account as normal.

A. Dear Client,
Electronic Clearing Service or ECS was introduced by RBI to allow banks and financial institutions to debit loan EMIs automatically from the customers’ accounts. Accordingly, Cheque bounce charges including updated dues for non-payment of EMI and accrued interest may be debited from the savings bank account of the borrower linked with the loan account.

In the absence of any response from the Borrower, Bank started the routine process of action prescribed under relevant laws for recovery of debt lying outstanding against the Borrower and the Guarantor. A. Dear Sir,
Bank is not suppose to settle and Courts also never advise the Bank to do so because Bank is running its business which involves public amount. You may approach higher rank bank officers and convince them to get concession in closing your account.
