If case is pending in regular court on the same matter,then what is the power of trimunal case? Can trimunal can proceed?

A. Hi,
there are various type of tribunals in India. if you may tell me the charges put on you, i may tell you the kinds of tribunals.
However, if you case is in regular court, you can file a writ petition in the Higher court against the pending case.

Please pay your dues as soon as possible. Since your due amount is not small, your account can get blocked, you can be blacklisted and you can also face charges.

A. Dear Sir,
It being a personal loan they cannot attach properties of yourself and your mother but you must sell it away to avoid unnecessary complications and keep that amount somewhere else. Further you can get issue a legal notice on the basis of following judgment if they are torturing you.
