Sir, first of all good eve, I am in defence forces. I just wanted an expert advice. My father has gave money to his sisters son. His got bankrupted due to extra expenses. Now he has remaining a home with him which is also on loan of a bank. His is now living with his father. He has nothing to give as of now but his father have. They are making us fool that we will give the sum on said date but all the promises are wrong. My father has a written stamp paper of the transaction signed and with thumb impression of borrower. What We can do in this situation. Plz guide us further

But why thumb impression, sister son is not literate ?
