A. As per the latest notification dated 24.03.2020 and latest amendment in IBC Act, the threshold limit to file case in NCLT under IBC is increased from 1 lac to 1 crore. It means any default below 1 crore will not give right to the creditor to file case under IBC. You may explore other legal options such as civil suit to recover your legitimate dues from the company.
