I have given 3.25 L to one person. Now he is far away, difficult to find him. He is cheating me. I have to recover that money

A. Where was he staying? Where has he gone now? Who told u to give 3.25 L to one person? Do u keep on giving some money to unknown person?
We can find the person & recover the amount but the process is very expensive. Legal way & options are there but also time consuming.

A. Hi,
You may send a legal notice to your friend since he provided you the invalid cheque, also you need have the bank's letter for the confirmation that such cheque is not valid.

Hi , Recently because of covid , several state governments instructed people in general dont to be harsh on rents, so you can get some relief in this angle, And importantly go to the bank and instruct them to stop payment , for all your cheques, in this way initially you can have a relief , and have a ground for stop payment, in a court later even if they file a case.

A. Hello Sir,
According to facts, there was an agreement for sale of property, but if there was any clause in your agreement in regard to the performance or non-performance, you should uphold them, since there was no bayana agreement.
Though you may sort it out with mutual consent.
