I give pstpaid cheque for rent due I vedcat that house if my cheque get bouns what I do I last my job we don't have money to lead life also give me suggestions what we have to do if my cheque get bouns what owner do to us

A.Hi , Recently because of covid , several state governments instructed people in general dont to be harsh on rents, so you can get some relief in this angle, And importantly go to the bank and instruct them to stop payment , for all your cheques, in this way initially you can have a relief , and have a ground for stop payment, in a court later even if they file a case.

A.Hi,
If the bank account has insufficient amount of money and the cheque is bounced by the bank, then the account holder is charged with an NSF fee.
