Sir I have been running a ladies Pg since 2011 and my neighbor has got issues from our pg since few couple of years without a valid reason but because of his hatred against us he has complained to the corporation that we run a commercial business in a residential area and our building is unauthorized and he also claims that some unwanted activities run outside the Pg but sir we have cctvs installed as proofs and in our road no one is having problem from us and there are even goldsmiths,tailors, shopkeepers also in our road. He also has not left full space for parking no setback and has extra floor too,there are lots of PGs in our locality in residential area but the corporation people are forcing us to stop our business

You can talk to a lawyer and file a complaint against the neighbor. Please make sure you have all the documents showing that the PG is legally registered.

A.nobody can force anybody to shut their business if its legal.
you approach local lawyer who will turn the tables for extra floor.
