RTO agent took money RTO agent took money

A Bangalore based RTO agent took about Rs.6000 /- retired 70 year old father of mine. He is not a pensioner and I, his daughter , support him financially. He gave Rs.4000 on 30th Nov 2019 for application and the agent took 2000 more later to renew his expired license with a change of address. We have receipt for the 4k but not for the 2k. It has been an year. We checked on the parivahan website and it shows the documents are still pending. This agent has been dodging both our calls for three months now and we are fed up. We visited his office many times and he is never available.
