Parents Name correction in Passport

I got my passport printed when i was a minor(below 18 years) and so it reflect my father and mother name according to there documents. My father name in there documents is Rajesh Kumar and my mother name in there documents is Manju Tayal. Now i am 23 years old and all my educational, identity documents like aadhaar card, pan card, driving license, voter card have my father name written Rajesh and mother name written Manju. I want to continue with my father and mother name in my all documents as Rajesh and Manju respectively.
My concern is that how i change my father name as Rajesh and mother name as Manju in my passport now. No one is government employee.

An application is to be submitted to re-issue the passport where you can change the name of your parents. You will need to submit an id proof for the same. This process can be done by visiting the passport office with an application or by applying it online.
To change your father's and mother's name, you have to apply for re-issue of passport and get the specified change done in personal particulars. For this you will need to submit an Id proof like aadhar. You can file an application online as well as offline to the passport authority.
