A. Hi,
You will have to file for bankruptcy/insolvency if you are unable to pay their salary. The Government will then dispose of the startup's assets and pay your employees salaries with the proceeds. File a complaint agianst this consultant under Sections 405, 406 and 425 IPC for criminal breach pf trust and cheating. You can also reclaim your losses from this consultant.

icon ANCESTRAL PROPERTY (HOUSE, SHOP, AGRICULTURAL LAND)

After my father's death, can my uncles sale the above mentioned property without my consent.

A. Hi,
Ancestral property cannot be sold without the consent of all legal heirs. As such, you can approach the Court to stay or grant an injunction against any attempts your uncles make to sell it. If they have already done so, file a complaint against them for cheating and fraud, you can then have the sale set aside.

my grandmother has done dana pathra to her grand son(3rd wife son), do daughters have any rights to claim property?

A. Hi,
Grandchildren have no right to claim their grandmother's property, unless it comes to them through their father. If the property is inherited by your father, only then the daughters can claim their shares.
