Dear sir/madam
My name is Vaibhav Chawan age 18. I invested a amount of 17000Rs in my Freind Buisness of online betting he Told me that he has some system with the help of that he places bet's and he assured me that no money will be loss he will give on time I paid him on 2nd march and he promised to pay the amount with profit on 10th march.the total amount he payable was 40 thousand rupees - 17 thousand invested and 23 thousand profit .but in between we had a conversation on 6th or 7th he told me that his bettinh account got freezed and now he has to go with the unfreezing process on 8th Of March he informed that the unfreezing of account can take upto 2 week's I had a account on the same platform the company told me yes it take's 2 week's for unfreezing account. So I got a bit relaxed I told him that ok according to 2 week's it will be till 21 I told him that I want the money on 23rd march in any condition
Now when I am trying to contact him he is not picking up calls ignoring message seeing but not replying. What should I do please guide

Key point - I paid him through online with my Freinds account . He gave a assurety that No money will be loss and in any situation he will pay the whole amount with profit . When today called after 2 time he picked and told that he had not checked mail and he will inform me till night but he was not talking clearly when I told him I want money on 23 by which time will you give he started telling that yeah I will see this that he was not giving any clear statement
