Stay order against property (shop)
What is the procedure to get stay order against our property(shop) & how much it will cost in Bangalore
3 years ago
A. Hi,
Stay orders on sale can be granted under O.21, R.59 of the Civil Procedure Code. A petition to the Court must be made under the same.
You will have to establish in your representation that refusal to grant such order will expose you to hardship and suffering.
The costs will vary from lawyer to lawyer, we can help you with this.
