I have filed case for seeking injection in IA 1 in jr division court, opponent filed objection in IA 2,and filed IA 3 seeking to stay the injection proceedings because the property involved in the case are already there in sr division court, we filed IA 4 seeking to amend the plaint and delete the property which is there in higher court and continue the case for another 2 properties, argument heard and kept for order on IA 3 and IA 4, its already 6weeks completed still orders or not passing.. what can i do in this situation..?
