A. dear client in your matter No, as exam is over. It is public document and anybody can use it.Using for the academic purpose is allowed as per copyright law. As far as copyright law is concerned it is not applicable on question papers because question papers are already in public domain.

A. dear client in your case i agreed on advice given that Kindly refer the tenancy agreement, and then see what violations you have committed. If the case is filed you need to show that you are not at all well to do and that is why you are unable to pay.
