1. If you hold necessary building approval, get License from the Local Authority or Municipal Authority for the GYM - it is essential step.

A. Dear Sir,
It is by mistake or negligence such thing has happened. Approach the dealer to get NOC of first State or get issue a notice to him through police and RTO for misrepresenting before the RTC. This can be done by paying a few to the RTO for the cancellation of the NOC. In case you have obtained the NOC from the earlier RTO and have been using the vehicle in the new state without paying the road tax to the new RTO, you'll need to submit a Non-migration certificate along with a penalty.

A. NO, You cannot convert garage into commercial Shop. due to various reasons as there is NO Commercial Tax paid for the garage nor do you have independent commercial Electricity meter.

A. Dear Sir,
I should not say but I must say that the government which is not giving concession in payment of bills then it has no authority to ask you not to collect hostel rents. The media is misleading public. Have patience and after this period file civil suit against all them collectively for all charges, interest and mental torture claiming big amount.
