•Consumer needs to register his complaint before the appropriate consumer forum as per the jurisdiction. Forum after going though the complaint call the complainant normally within a day or two for preliminary hearing wherein following things are decided.

A. Give a written representation to the District Engineer for the immediate removal of the high tension wires overhead your house. If they don't make arrangement for its removal, approach the GRO Cell, and then Ombudsman Authority.
Alternatively you can approach high court by filing wp for immediate remedy.
