You have to personally return the product & claim for replacement as per your order with two copies of letter and any deviation or replacement objection obtain a letter, in either case safeguard your interest to proceed against the supplier in Consumer Forum.However you cannot default Emi as long as the desktop with you.better to consult a lawyer to guide & help you on all aspects of the issue quickly.

A. You voluntarily visited that shop and subjected yourself for a test. If you don`t have a reciept for the test you have undergone, even if you issue a legal notice they will decline the whole test. And unless you have paid for the said test, you dd not have a right under consumer law either. Why don`t you ignore this ?

A. NCDRC has power to transfer any pending case from one district forum of one state to another district forum of another state. Therefore file a Transfer petition before NCDRC for transfer of case from Ghaziabad to Delhi and if NCDRC refuses to transfer, then u can challenge that order in supreme court.
