Irrespective of status and terms of employment any employee or workman in a probationary period can tender his resignation from service even in case employment under a Bond in Buy-out mode. A contract of employment having no clear provision of exit is bad in law. yes. if the company is accept your resignation and you are not asking retention amount then company will be reliev ietter and issue the experince certificate. it is not required to mention in the bond . if your company is a factory then you may get relieving letter & experience certificate from your employer.
