This is the 5th complaint we have received on this platform regarding the same problem. Whichever company it is, do not pay them anything anymore. It is a fraudulent company. They cannot send you any legal notice, if they say so, ask them to pay your money back first.

You may go through the terms and condition to which you entered with that company.
If there is any such clause to which you agreed then it becomes your duty to comply with the said conditions. However any illegal conditions may not be enforceable in law, hence you may go through the conditions once again and revert with the clauses making your responsible to pay such a huge amount.

Contact the police regarding the same and ask them to reverse the transaction and give you your money back. It will not be a easy journey for you, because it will be very difficult for the police to trace it as well. The chances of getting all your money are highly unlikely. But yes, you can definitely try. If they were arrested because of your complaint only, then they will consider you first while disbursing those fraud amounts.

2. Bank statement from the victim’s account if any transactions made.
3. Save the soft copy of all above mentioned documents in soft form and provide them to the Investigating Officer on a CD-R.
4. Lodge a complaint in your nearest Police Station explaining complete incidence along with the above documents.

It is clearly a fraudulent trap. Follow the below steps to file a complaint:
