A. There is no other way than to lodge a police complaint with his details (mob numbers etc). Police will take necessary action under appropriate provisions of IPC and the IT Act. You should not delay. There are cases where culprits like this take resort to making of false photoshop images of unsolicited photos misrepresenting as yours and circulate in social media.
