A. You are safe. Once it is sold he should have closed all his accounts. Threaten him that you can lodge complaint against him. Now you are legal owner and he has no rights.

A. Nothing to worry uf your story is true lodge complaint with police. Face Book has its own rules. They cannot do anything against you if FIR is registered against your boyfriend.

Mens rea is not a requirement but is rather a general rule under the penal provisions of the IT Act.
The element of mens rea in Cyber-crimes is that the offender must have been aware at the time of causing the computer to perform the function that the access thus intended to be secured was unauthorized.
