A. Dear client,
The suit for the recovery of money has to be filed within three years from the date of borrowing so in your case the debt is barred by limitation so they can't recover the amount.

A. Dear Client,
In the prevailing situation, you should bring the matter before the GRO of the concerned Bank and simultaneously file a complaint online to the Grievance portal of RBI for harassment by recovery agents for non-payment of credit cards outstanding for a meager amount of Rs.600/- only. But be careful, in case of default in repayment of dues continues for more than 3 months, then the debt may be termed as NPA affecting your CIBIL record. So, negotiate the matter with the Bank at the ea ...ReadMore

A. Dear Client,
From the contents of your query, it appears that for lack of evidence to prove that the transaction of money between you and your friend is made as a loan by taking a personal loan from a Bank for the said purpose on the basis of NEFT records or WhatsApp chat that does not corroborate your claim, recovery of outstanding loan from your friend is almost appears to be impossible even through litigation. So when you availed the loan in your name from the Bank, you are liable to repay th ...ReadMore

A. Dear client,
You can go to the police station and file a complaint against the recovery agent under relevant sections of the IPC. You can file a complaint under section 503 IPC that deals with criminal intimidation. If the police does not provide adequate assistance, you can file a civil injunction in court. This can allow you to get interim relief from the bank and seek compensation for the abuse

A. Dear Client,

A loan is termed NPA typically after 3 missed EMis (i.e. three months of not repaying on loan). You need to approach the concerned Bank/NBFC, because your query completely depends upon the discretion of the concerned NBFC/Bank from where you avail the loan. Usually, Bank did not allow such requests of borrowers on the ground of their inability for any reason including personal constraints which is contrary to the general terms and conditions of a loan agreement and the standing rul ...ReadMore
