A. Hello Sir,
You should send a reply notice at priority assuring the payment of the EMI as soon as you are in the position to pay. Further you can attach your salary slip as an evidence.

You can speak to the Banking Ombudsman for an extension of the due date or else can issue a legal notice for demanding money before due date.

A. If you have who won the case in the High court you have to go and execute it . Do take help of the lawyer from your local jurisdiction OR the lawyer appointed by you and do the needful .
