A. 1. Divorce can only be filed by a lawyer in the court.
2. There are lawyers who take minimum charges on divorce filing.

A. File a case in the court against your husband for committing adultery and move an application for the DNA profiling of that baby with your husband. Birth certificate will be in the custody of the lady by whom the child was born. Since your husband is not divorcee therefore the second marriage of your husband is null and void and the said relation is adultery and the child born is illegitimate child

A. Mental illness of a certain degree only is a ground for divorce. The level of mental illness will be determined by the trial court by way of expert evidence of a independwnt doctor from a government hospital, during the trial of the divorce petition since a certain degree of mental illness may be there as you said but may not meet the standard of mental illness required under the law as ground of divorce.

You can file a complaint in the nearest police station you stay foe registering an offence against your in laws for commission of offence u/s 498- A of ipc. Simulataneously you can file proceedings for divorce and child custody in the family court. this is very interesting. You can prove that no marriage has happened and the divorce petition is not maintainable. Definitely the divorce petition will be dismissed. Second issue when arise let us think of the solution then.

A. File a petition for divorce under section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act,1955. If he appears before the court in that case it is file or if he doesn't appear you will get ex parte decree of Divorce.
