I accompany my husband being transferred to another state and get a job there.Now my husband is trying to back and told me that if I refused to accompany him, which is really not wise or worthy for me to quit the job right now, he will file divorce suit against me. I have a child aged 4 tears of you can.Can he get divorce as I do not accompany him?
A.Getting divorce by husband is not so easy.

A.No it is not a valid ground for divorce, you can seek time for moving and accompany.
