A. We had filed many 13B in lockdown and finished them in lockdown.
the mutual divorce case have life of 18 months so it got dismissed for default.
Why you not appeared by VC ?

A. most of the times the evidence brought to us was garbage.
What general people think of strong evidence might be of no value and some small evidence can prove the game changer.

First get the evidence analyzed by a lawyer before taking any step and loose.

A. you can afford settlement ?
more than 3 years living separately is good. You can file divorce for desertion also if mutual without alimony is not possible.
You have upper hand in your case.

A. it was cheating but you lost time in making your mind else you had chance of annulment .
Now you have to file FIR for 498A for dowry and separately for divorce and can use FIR.
for your jewellry and belongings you can go and collect it. if they refuse then you can call police on spot for raid for streedhan.
