You should have lodged complaint with Police if your marriage happened against your consent. Now you can file a divorce case immediately and get it nullified and also lodge complaint against your parents and shift your residence to any unknown place or PG center and get Police protection.

When you have filed a case for divorce then your wife has filed a case of Restitution of Conjugal Rights under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. She has also filed a case of domestic violence under Section 12 of the DV Act for getting back to her matrimonial house. Section 125 of CrPC case has been filed for getting maintenance from you (husband). All the above three cases are strongly in favour of her and you need to carefully with your divorce case.

A wife can file a case for maintenance even after the divorce or mutual divorce. There you have to take the stand that since the maintenance was already agreed between the parties hence there is no need to move the court and case can be dismissed. You can show the agreement (MOU) that both of you executed.
