Divorce Case - my husband is not interested Divorce Case - my husband is not interested

I have a filled a divorce case. Whereas my husband is not interested in giving maintance neither alimony after divorce. In fact he had produced my ITR in the court as well. Now since i left my in laws i m keeping unwell. Recently i am diagnosed with Glaucoma and hydrocephalus as well, stress as well. i been to CAW, I have filled FIR. He is impotent as well. They demands dowry as well. not providing food , clothes, money ,shelter also. How would i get rid from this relationship. He is not ready to pay single penny as well. My health condition is going down day by day also.

A.Dear client I am sorry to hear that. But in this case you should file a petition under section 125 Cr. P.C for seeking maintenance from your husband on the ground that you are unable to maintain yourself. Further you can also state that you have a child and he has not paid a single penny to maintain him/her. You can also mention your health condition.

I do not have a child. Even i stayed with him for four months only. I do not have any evidence as well. Infact he showed my ITR in the court for proving that i am working . If I am working because i do not have anybody who works for my treatment and feed my family too. In this condition where double vision problem is also there , i am provked by the time to work with this worse scenario.

A.Dear Madam,
You can file multiple cases like domestic violence case, maintenance case, 498 A case etc and bring pressure on him or file divorce case claiming big alimony.
