i am suffering because of my wife's immaturity. she had mental health condition from birth on delayed mile stones, where she behaves highly immaturely without any understanding and can self-hurt and cause damage to herself. Support from in-laws has also been terrible. In-laws are pretty much aware of her mental health issues, but ignore and stay silent on it
